The Essence of Life is the energy of Spirit breathing life into matter…
Imagine a butterfly in your hand. Imagine you have the ability to see/feel the living colors, shapes, geometries, sounds that create its physical presence… But it’s not until Spirit breathes life into it that it becomes what it is: alive.Â
This is what Kryon told me about the Essence of Life way back in 2012.
The Essence energy can be used for self-healing, bringing balancing currents of life-force energy into the body and circulating it.
It can be used for self-soothing, drawing the Essence into your auric field, your emotions, and basking in the beauty of this Spirit life-force.Â
In this series, we are going to focus on allowing the energies of Spirit, of our true nature in the Beyond, to flow to us and through us.Â
The Essence of Life energies flow from Source, through our higher Self, into our humanness. And so, as the Essence energies flow they naturally connect us deeply to Source itself - to our true Self which always resides within The Beyond.Â
